Return Policy

We strive to give our customers the very best care and want you to have a positive experience with our company. If, during the first 30 days following purchase, you wish to return any product in the exact condition that you received it, a 100 percent refund will be given for the product merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the incorrect product was shipped. Each customer must call or e-mail sales@genesis7supply.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) prior to returning any product. Please include a copy of the RMA with the return in order for us to process your return. To obtain an RMA, please call TOLL FREE 800-311-3959 or e-mail sales@genesis7supply.com. Please include your order number when contacting us.

Pricing/Availability

It is our determination to provide our customers with our best possible pricing and up-to-the-minute savings, all prices are subject to change without notice.

Despite our best efforts to advertise prices appropriately, some items may be advertised incorrectly due to a typographical error. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for an item that was priced incorrectly, whether it has been confirmed, charged, and even shipped. If an order is refused after it was shipped due to a pricing error, we may issue a charge to reconcile the price difference.

The pricing posted on our website may not always be identical to those found on some price comparison-shopping websites. Prices listed on most price comparison websites may take up to 24 hours to update and match our site.

Product Availability: All items for sale on Genesis7Supply.com should be in stock and ready to ship Monday thru Friday. If, for any reason, your product is not available at the time of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping Policies

Upon acceptance of your credit card, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you have specified in your account information. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will then be sent to that same e-mail address upon shipment of your order.

Orders placed before noon EST, Monday-Friday, will generally ship within 24 hrs.

Shipping Prices

Exact shipping prices are calculated at the time of checkout. The following guideline should serve only as an estimate of your actual shipping charges. Shipping prices are based on the Shipping Method chosen, the weight of the item and the shipping destination

Shipping Methods

All of the products we sell are shipped UPS Ground Delivery unless you choose otherwise. You also have the option of choosing UPS Second Day Air or Next Day Air Delivery as you are checking out.

UPS Ground Delivery: Orders shipped UPS Ground Delivery typically take from 1-5 business days to arrive from the time the package leaves our warehouse.

UPS Second Day Air Delivery: If you choose, you can have the delivery of your items upgraded to Second Day Service. There is an additional fee for this upgrade. Typically, Second Day items arrive two business days after leaving our warehouse.

UPS Next Day Air: If you choose, you can have the delivery of your items upgraded to Next Day Shipping. There is an additional fee for this upgrade. Typically, Next Day Shipping items arrive one business day after leaving our warehouse.

P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses: Currently we do not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO.

International Orders

We currently do not accept orders for shipments outside the U.S.

Payment Options

At this time we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Paypal.

Sales Tax: State law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the state of Florida.
